Dr. Masoud LATIFINAVID is an Assistant Professor who holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU). His research expertise encompasses robotics, mechatronics, automation, and unmanned systems.

Dr. Latifinavid has served as a project leader and researcher in numerous national and international R&D projects supported by leading institutions, including the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK), Ankara Development Agency, Islamic Development Bank, Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Türkiye, and Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ). Alongside his academic career, he has been actively engaged in entrepreneurship and technology-driven innovation. His achievements include the 2017 New Ideas New Businesses Grand Prize, the ISDB-Transformers 2018 Award, and the ROBOİK 2019 Award. His research focuses particularly on the integration of artificial intelligence, deep learning, and advanced computational techniques into research and development processes, with an emphasis on the modeling, control, optimization, and intelligent operation of robotic and unmanned systems. Through his interdisciplinary research and industry-oriented projects, he contributes to the development of innovative technologies for next-generation autonomous and intelligent systems.
