As part of the Technical Visit and Seminar Program organized by the Department of Nanotechnology Engineering, we hosted Dr. Gürcan Pehlivan, Chief Executive Officer of UHPLCC, London, for two seminars on advanced materials and their applications in the construction industry.
The first seminar, titled “Materials Innovation in Construction Engineering: Next-Generation Cementitious Materials and Hybrid Construction Systems,” was held on June 8, 2026.
The second seminar, titled “From Advanced Materials Engineering to Industrial construction,” was held on June 9, 2026. The seminars provided participants with valuable insights into innovative cementitious materials, hybrid construction technologies, and the transfer of advanced materials research into industrial applications.
